Toulon

Toulon is France's second largest naval port located in a lesser known part of Provence, far from the glitter of the Côte d'Azur. For years the town has had a bad reputation but today there is a real feeling that Toulon is becoming more and more attractive. New building programs, renovation of streets and houses in the Old Town and one of the liveliest markets of France certainly make Toulon worth visiting.
