Kick your evening off in style with this fun and intimate wine bar tour that celebrates the tradition of “apéro,” when friends come together for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles, while exploring the wine regions of Toulouse.
We'll explore some of the coolest wine bars in the Toulouse city center and discover the little-known wine regions of SW France. Learn wine tasting techniques in a fun and relaxed atmosphere where questions are encouraged!
We'll taste the unique grape varieties like Négrette, Mauzac, or Braucol, while savoring locally-sourced charcuterie and cheeses. Guided by a certified French Wine Scholar, you'll develop your wine vocabulary and increase your confidence so you know what you like and are comfortable ordering wine in any situation.
Then you can continue your own wine adventures with a post-tour email list of the wines we tasted, the locations visited, and other helpful resources!

We designed this wine bar tour so that you can still enjoy dinner in the Toulouse city center afterward, though we do advise leaving a little time between the tour and your reservation so you don’t have to rush. We’re happy to give recommendations!

What to wear or bring on this Wine Tour in Toulouse?
We will be walking approximately 2 km along cobblestone streets, so comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing is a must. Please dress appropriately (and bring an umbrella if necessary) to make sure you enjoy your time on the tour.
To reduce environmental waste, we don’t distribute plastic water bottles, so we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle with you. Water will generally be provided at the wine bars, but may not be available at all times. -
Alcohol and age restrictions in France?
Drinking wine is a major component of this tour, and as such, we do not accept guests under the age of 18. We reserve the right to ask for an ID to verify your age if you appear to be younger. -
What are the cancellation policies?
Please review your order and the tour details carefully before booking. Tickets are refundable or exchangeable until 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour. You can easily request a refund, reschedule your reservation for another date (pending availability), convert your booking to a voucher for later use, or reassign your tickets to another person with at least 24 hours notice. Any changes MUST be communicated in writing to jessica@tasteoftoulouse.com.
