He tailored things a bit based on my sister's interests and she had a wonderful belated birthday! We ended up going to two small houses and having a tastings lunch and they were all memorable experiences.
We are hoping to visit the Champagne region for a longer stay during our next visit to France, and will hopefully be able to arrange something through Ophorus.
Again, thank you for finding us a tour on such short notice, and for making my sister's belated birthday such a memorable experience!!
