  • Arrive 15 minutes before your selected Eiffel Tower entry time.
  • Late arrivals cannot enter the tower and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Entry to the Eiffel Tower is reserved for a specific time.
  • Standard elevator access to the Eiffel Tower summit is included.
  • Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity.

Know before you go

  • The cruise ticket is valid for up to 30 days after check-in.
  • Bring no luggage, as storage is not available at the office.
  • No refund at Eiffel Tower if you arrive with luggage.
  • The Eiffel Tower portion is not wheelchair accessible.
  • The cruise departs from in front of the Eiffel Tower.

  • Please note that the meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower. Tours depart from a designated meeting point, located next to the Eiffel Tower. Cruise departure is conveniently located in front of the Eiffel Tower and usually runs 7 days a week, approximately every 30 minutes from 9h00 until 21h00 in winter and around 22h00/22h30/23h00 in summer. Times are given as information only.

    Everything was well organized. I think the guide should have a microphone. We could not hear him as we walked many blocks to the Eiffel Tower.
