• Article 1: Participation

Ophorus is organizing a free Instagram giveaway from April 23rd, 2025 to April 30th, 2025 at 5:00 PM (CEST). No purchase is necessary to participate.

The giveaway is open to individuals who are over the legal age of majority in their country of residence, except for employees of Ophorus, their immediate family members, and anyone who has directly or indirectly participated in the creation, organization, or management of the contest.

Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed. Participation is entirely free and does not require any purchase.

• Article 2: How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

-Follow the Ophorus Instagram account.
-Like the giveaway post.
-Tag the person they would like to join them on the tour in the comments of the giveaway post.

• Article 3: Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries that meet all participation conditions.
The draw will take place on April 30th, 2025 at 5:00 PM (CEST) and will be conducted by Ophorus at its headquarters.

• Article 4: Prize

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message to arrange booking details for the following shared full-day tour, for 2 adults (minimum age: 18 years):

The tour must be reserved for a date during the 2025 season, between June and the end of October 2025 (subject to availability). This tour is not operated after October 2025.

The exact date will be confirmed with the Ophorus reservations team, based on seat availability and the winner's preferences.

No transfer, substitution, or cash alternative for the prize is permitted.

• Article 5: Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and publicly announced via story and post on April 30th, 2025.

Ophorus is not responsible for undelivered messages due to changes in Instagram handles, account settings, or technical issues.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name or Instagram handle by Ophorus for communication on its website and social media platforms.

• Article 6: Acceptance of the Terms

By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions are publicly available on the Ophorus website in the "Blog" section: www.ophorus.com.

• Article 7: Participation Costs

Participation in the giveaway is free. Any internet access costs incurred by participants will not be reimbursed, as it is assumed that entrants already have access to such services and equipment.

• Article 8: Liability

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time, particularly in case of force majeure or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Ophorus complies with applicable data protection laws (Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978) regarding the processing of personal data. Participant information may be used for customer relationship and marketing purposes.

• Article 9: Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any disputes must be submitted in writing to the Organizer address (Ophorus - Immeuble Grand Angle, Avenue Périé - 33520 Bruges - France) within 30 days of the contest closing date, including:

The date of participation
The specific reason for the dispute

No claims submitted after this period will be considered.
