Arrive in the Village of Bormes les Mimosas
Start your day trip with a stop at the pretty village of Bormes les Mimosas. The historic village is on a steep hill with a castle located at the top. There are a myriad of narrow streets winding down the hill below that occasionally open into small squares.
The narrow streets are lined with pretty houses, lots of flowers, boutiques and high end shops. Follow your private guide and enjoy a visit strolling along the streets admiring the houses and flowers, catching glimpses of the views across the surrounding landscape.
Reach Glamorous Saint Tropez
Your full day tour continues with a drive to Saint Tropez, one of the most famous villages of France in the south of France on the French Riviera. Fashion boutiques, high end Cafés and terraces, luxury yachts for all to contemplate are just but a few features that make this area so unique.
Here you will discover the marina and stroll through the small streets of this picturesque fishermen village, a well known resort that attracts jet setters from all over the world. You will have some time at leisure for lunch (at your own expense).
End the tour in delightful Gassin
Then, finish your tour in Provence with a visit to Gassin. This lovely village is perched high on inhospitable rocky land above the Mediterranean Sea. The village is classified among the "most beautiful villages of France". When you arrive in Gassin, your tour guide will certainly take you to the orientation table near the highest parking area.
From here you have a magnificent view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez and the surrounding hills: you can see a great deal of coastline including the resorts of La Croix Valmer, Saint-Tropez, Grimaud. The village of Gassin is closely linked to the village of Ramatuelle; the villages were both created to allow the locals to escape the pirates who were numerous in the Mediterranean waters.
After the visit we will return to your Cruise Ship and that will be then end of your Toulon Shore Excursion.
