For the 1855 "Exposition Universelle" of Paris, Emperor Napoleon III requested a classification system for France's best Bordeaux wines which were to be on display for visitors from around the world. The great majority of the chateaus are located in the Medoc and today you will visit and wine taste in 3 of these classified growths.
