Arrive in Saint Emilion and discover this classified UNESCO heritage site thanks to a visit of the village. After some free time for lunch and personal discovery, end the day with a visit and wine tasting session in a classified growth chateau of the St Emilion appellation. Return to Bordeaux.

This morning head for the Sauternes subregion. Sauternes is made from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle grapes that have been affected by Botrytis cinerea, also known as noble rot. This causes the grapes to become partially raisined, resulting in concentrated and distinctively flavored wines. Enjoy a visit and a wine tasting session in a prestigious Classified growth of the appellation to know all about this legendary wine.

Today your tour will take you to a unique contemporary cultural site made of glass and steel that stands in a 26-hectare park: La Winery. This is neither a conservatory nor an academy. Depart for a tour to discover the most beautiful monuments and spots in Provence.
