Our Company

Our company was created in April 2005 and our team is composed of "terrain" individuals that have proven their efficiency in the tourism industry as professional tour leaders and licensed guides working for different agencies in France and all over the world. The company is registered as a fully licensed transport company (License number: 2005/73/000223) and specialised in sightseeing excursions and small groups escorted tours by minivan or deluxe motor coaches. Commentaries are given on board the minivans thanks to a microphone head set system and during the guided visits. We also organise airport and city transfers and as well guided walkin tours of the main cities in South Western France. To better insure your clients we have also contracted a civil liability contract with Groupama insurance company.

Our goal is to offer the best Southern France has to offer.

For accommodation we work in partnership with "France à la Carte" a Toulouse based travel incoming agency (License number: LI 031 03 0005).

Terms and Conditions:

Payment conditions guided walking tours and sightseeing excursions:
Booking confirmation by fax and full payment has to be made 21 days prior to arrival.

Payment conditions for tours:
Deposit of 30% on booking confirmation with balance to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival (in case of last minute registration payment is expected immediatly).

We accept payment by bank transfer or via Paypal.

Cancellation fees for our tours:
   55 days prior to arrival - 30%
   55 - 42 days prior to arrival - 70%
   41 - 29 days prior to arrival - 80%
   28 - 22 days prior to arrival - 90%
   21 days prior to arrival - 100%

Just a note to say thank you very much for the excursion we took in June to Limoux, Rennes-le-chateau, Montsegur, etc. We really enjoyed our day very much and the way the tour was conducted, informative and a pleasure - and the pace was just right. We look at our photos and remember the beautiful countryside and surroundings and we were very pleased with our journey - definitely one of the highlites of our trip through the Langedoc Roussillon region. Definitely worth it! Hopefully we can get back to this area in the years to come (we are sad our vacation has come to an end) and we will definitely consider using your service to explore perhaps another area of this beautiful region.
