Terms and Conditions:

Payment conditions and cancellation fees for scheduled excursions and tours:

Full payment is to be made 15 days prior to arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer or via PayPal. For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund :

7 days to 72 hours prior to arrival:      10% of the overall price 72 hours to 24 hours prior to arrival:   30% of the overall price 24 hours prior to arrival:                       no refund

Payment conditions and cancellation fees for private excursions and tours:

Deposit of 30% on booking confirmation with balance to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival (in case of last minute registration payment is expected immediately). We accept payment by bank transfer or via PayPal. For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund :

30 to 15 days prior to arrival:              30% of the overall price
14 to 8 days prior to arrival:                50% of the overall price
7 days prior to arrival:                         no refund
No insurance for cancellation nor assistance is included in the prices mentioned on the sales manual. Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey; especially if he wishes to go to Spain (Basque Country or Andorra), he has to own a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents. Smoking on board the minivans is strictly forbidden (law of September, 17th, 1977). All passengers are insured during the excursions while in the vans. The responsibility of Ophorus is limited to our insurance contract clauses.

Disclaimer:

While every endeavor is made to keep to the programs and prices outlined on this sales manual, Ophorus reserves the right to change, modify or cancel certain visits or tours according to any reason it judges adequate (weather conditions, unusual events, traffic conditions and any other events that might alter the excursions or tours) and to adapt the price in consequence. Any route modification requested by the client during the service may incur extra costs to be paid on the spot or at the end of the service.

 

Legal notice:

The Ophorus internet site does not retrieve any personal information except for those that you give in the "reservation" page. This information can be used by Ophorus for any means, but will not be in any case handed out, dispersed, exchanged or sold to a third party. In accordance to French law and the article34 on the informatics and liberty law, you have the right to access, modify, rectify or suppress the data that concerns you. You can carry out this right by contacting Christophe Delpech by any means proposed in the site (e-mail, fax, snail mail).

 

Limited Responsibility:

Ophorus will in no case be held responsible for any damage direct or indirect caused by the use of the internet site ophorus.com. This site is proposed to the public without any guaranty of any nature. In case of problems, only French courts of law will be competent.
